ye i know my options, fact is that this whole pc is too damn old and needs to be replaced , so untill then ill keep this like it is because i dont have the time for it to update it to win 7/8/10 atm.

well if you really want to know:

there is no webbrowser for XP anymore that is updated or supported,
wich results in not beeing able to use discord in the browser (or at least the voicecom and some other errors it gives) (it also says browser outdated not supported anymore or something like that)

Dont work in XP al includes the browser version, tested this already almost 2 months ago

Discord wont run on windows XP.

I would say Frankfurt is more central as i stated above. And yes most internet traffic goes through Amsterdam but only because it is the main connection to UK island. Ok i see ur logic, but its not helping if people are routed trough Amsterdam to end up in Frankfurt.. If the routing is NOT over Ams...
