just hit in your console /sv_fps and match the value to your snaps This is actually incorrect. If you type that in console you will see your sv_fps settings. Flak always plays with sv_fps but it should be 20 most of the time. So

timeout doesnt mean error. Its just that gateway is not pingable (blocked by firewall) Thats why i said tracert will tell me shit. It just pings 1x all gateways in the route. @Mal i don't think a bit increased ping will make any difference when the delag is on. The more important thing as ping/numbers is the overall feel from the server. but its not helping if people are routed trough Amsterdam to end up in Frankfurt.. its always the shortest possible way from your country's main node (for you its Amsterdam) to the main node of neighbor country etc. Which is for you Frankfurt. I don't think IP will be the issue here.
As soon as they won't be able to connect, they will check the site and find new IP.

I am also thinking about to start 1.16 on my Frankfurt server for you to test the ping etc.
Or you can fire up your 1.32 instance and connect to RA server to test the ping.

Doesn't matter if the players spam the map number. Script will take only the last message (vote) from each player. I would say the "Quake III Arena.exe" file could be the full version. Since i have not uploaded it i have no idea what exactly it is. I would say Flak did it. But looking at the size 470MB this looks pretty much as a full q3 package. Anyways what you really need is a pak0.pk3 file and 1.16...

Also i was thinking about to promote pro-q3tourney7 map to classic maps. It is kinda sweet and i think most of players like it. Currently the map is under the fun maps section.

The rotation system automatically loads freeze config so after the map is over and ppl vote it will go back to normal. But yes you can load it back manually with /rcon exec freeze.cfg. Best practice is to load a new map after loading the cfg because it will load all textures and weapons etc.
