Incase you're curious, I started to play tribal wars 
Someone in my tribe can only speak turkish (despite the rules saying you must speak english too!), so in order for him to be useful I need to be able to communicate with him
If you could translate the following that'd be great!
I can't speak turkish, a friend translated these short phrases so we could talk.
We are attacking player JOE, can you attack village JOE-VILLAGE at 23:00
We are being attacked by player JOE, can you send support to MY-VILLAGE before 15:00

Sadly there is no JOE, although the sooner I get attacked and killed off the sooner I can stop wasting time playing tribal wars

Nope, I need english -> turkish so I can start talking to him. If I send him messages in english he sends me replies like ??? turk ...
