Heya PiGs :)

i was thinking about to make a relaxing and funny end of rotation creating a specific setting for one chosen map.
lets say smth like gauntlet deathmatch. No items, just gauntlet in hand with 999 damage, deathmatch settings = no teams and fraglimit 50 or less. For this purpose i found a realy cool map already uploaded on server. its called roarena. its smth like a colloseum from ancient greek times. check it out in SP mode or dl it from our improoved dl section first if you not got it.

Second possibility was for me a variation of dm17 with all weapons and team deathmatch. some light increase of all ammo to keep you armed for longer time with no starting armor. just default health.

if you would like this i can even create a rotation with 2 different maps at the end. lets say first round of current maps would end with dm17 instagib, next round would be this map replaced by roarena etc.

Just an idea :)

Change is not always a good thing. But in that specific situation i think is a good thing. So, what ever turns you on bubble boy.

dm17 sounds good but please no pummel map it will be boring.

An idea is dm17 with only mg (200 ammo) and rl (30 ammo) no items at all and frag limit 30 so it doesnt ends 2 fast.

My fun idea is dm17 with plasma gun only which reloads like rail gun and damage 100. I made this cfg 3 years ago so i cant remember exactly the cmd's.

I'm here Kas :D I am always around even if you don't see me. :shock:

I thought I would let you guys answer this one before I put my veiw forward.
I like the idea but not in standard rotation. We are an all weapons clan. We now have the voting system if people get too bored with the standard rotation. DM17 rail only is fun at the end but it really is over too quickly. Maybe an increase in the frag limit 100??

I like this idea

I think that dm17 is the most boring map with rail only (imho). I'd like it more with just mg and rockets as Kaska said.

lol this map does not looks like a q3. the textures are pretty sharp and real. specialy the floor on the picture with mega.

i have posted before that we could use more rotations executed by a vote. but no1 did answer so i left it off.

as i said we could make an extendet rotation with 2 rounds and also we could replace more maps. leave only the most popular to repeat or use their ++ variations, we could add some CTF popular maps. they could be also interresting for freeze mode, or use more OSP and CPM maps.

hmm but what if only 3-4 ppl are connected? a fraglimit 100 could make the map pretty long....

BTW dm17 instagib fraglimit altered to 80 also i have turned off for this map weaponswitchtime to make close combats more interresting.
