Where is the server?

its nowmore than 12 hours that the server is down? ASE gives 999, and q3 cant connect to 213.230.217.206:27960. What happened? Is the server down? I wish this wouldnt be the matter.

Yeah i was hosting a free gay porno of justin bieber and didnt expected such a big visiting capacity and the server just crashed
