Hi for those newbies playing @ victory server Use right faire settings for others ,low /cl_maxpackets doesnt make any sense using lower then "65" some players think it helps ping get lower for better shots but its not doing anything at all, when you use /cl_maxpackets "100" you will have high ping and correct ping for your location you cant do nothing about it. Just play with right settings dont be a fool its a second work you must wrightdown in your config use this settings, it will not let you lagg(warp) for others if you dont use right settings if you dont whant to i kick you in server when im playing till you use right settings its better and fun for others don't be selfish use this:

/rate "25000"
/snaps "40"
/cl_maxpackets "100"
/cg_smoothclients "1"

As far as I know, cg_smoothclients "1" doesn't work at 1.16n p
