That's a nice looking fish! You look pretty organised with rod pod and alarms - hope you're not one of these who sits there waiting for alarms to shoot into action

I need to finish buying a few bits of kit before I can go for big carp again, but am having fun with tench and small carp on a pole while I wait

Had 3 tench and a small carp in a 2h session last wednesday, was great fun!

Now if only it would stop pissing down with rain

We don't eat them Lani

Infact they are bony and not meant to taste very nice, although I've never tried.

The fun is in trying to catch them and then you put them back so someone else can try.
