Recorded a video of some random routes on pro-q3tourney7 map.

Most of them are easy to perform, although I only find the jump to mega health useful.

Btw Projsa what screen recorder do you use? Want to try to make a video for so long , never came to it.

Obviously I didn't show every jump on the map... The reverse jump is almost identical to the one shown in the video.
I actually just recorded with xFire in-game recorder. I advice you to record with Quake's built-in recorder (command /record), and then open the Demo and record it with Fraps.
