Flak always plays with sv_fps but it should be 20 most of the time. So

cl_maxpackets 125
rate 25000
snaps 20
com_maxfps 125

keeping same snaps as server's sv_fps gives you best ping and smooth gameplay on 125 fps. At least this works for me.

for snaps:
just hit in your console /sv_fps and match the value to your snaps. What i found out, sv_fps = snaps, sv_fps x 2 snaps or sv_fps / 2 snaps works pretty well. Have in mind that lower snaps value than sv_fps will affect your ping...

This is actually incorrect. If you type that in console you will see your sv_fps settings. Settings your server would have if you would run one locally. You need to use /rcon sv_fps to display server's settings. Same with g_delag etc... In short when you don't use "rcon" before command the value displaying is your local value. Not the server's one.

Yeah this is right but its the half truth. Sv_fps command overwrites the clients value aswell so long the player wont change that (whats actualy nonsens bcuz its server side command) the console will show like, current value of sv_fps, default 20. Tested it with server cfg and works that way...

Now I am more confused do I need a rcon and we're can I find it ) I don't have sv_fps in config, do I just write in console but Michal said I need rcon S
When I wrote snaps 20 ping went higher , I use snaps 40 ,others all same.
I really didn't get were or what should I do with sv_fps with or without rcon )

- Sv_fps is a server side command which works only by rcon (admin),so sv_fps is not necessary for you.
- A lower /snaps value than sv_fps will cause higher ping.
- Snaps should be equal to sv_fps, some players like to have it higher value like 80 or 125 ...

- To see which value is set to sv_fps you hit the command in console ( without value just sv_fps )

- Currently Sv_fps is set to 40, so you should be ok with following settings

snaps 40
com_maxfps 125
cl_maxpackets 125
rate 25000
cl_packetdup 1

Thank you to both , I was using snaps 40, maxfps 125, maxpackets 125 , rate 25000 now added packetdup to 1 I was using 0
now ok I guess )
